Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. This includes order verification, product preparation, packaging, and dispatch arrangements.

Busy Seasons
During holidays, promotional periods, or high-order-volume seasons, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Shipping Fee
We currently offer a flat shipping rate of $5.99 per order.


2. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the fulfillment route used for your order.

3. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. This email will include your tracking details.

Please keep in mind:

  • 📍 Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear after shipment is created

  • 📬 A delay in tracking activity does not necessarily mean the package is not moving

  • 🚛 In many cases, the parcel is already in transit while the tracking system is still updating

4. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

For international shipments, orders may be delivered under Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) terms.

  • BraviVexa is not responsible for customs-related delivery delays

5. Order Changes and Cancellation Requests

We begin handling orders shortly after they are placed to avoid delays in fulfillment.

If you need to:

  • request an order cancellation

please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.

Once an order has entered the processing stage, we may no longer be able to make changes or cancel it.

6. Lost or Damaged Deliveries

We want every order to arrive safely and in good condition.

Damaged Package

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 72 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. After review, we will arrange a replacement when applicable.

Lost Shipment

If the shipping carrier confirms that your package has been lost during transit, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Please note that shipping issues caused by incorrect delivery information submitted at checkout may limit our ability to resolve the issue.
